Rowing machines make body shaping twice as effective with half the effort

The rowing machine is a very common fitness equipment with multiple functions. It is a relatively comprehensive fitness equipment,

 mainly including the following points:


Exercise all the muscles of the body

Upper limbs: When using a rowing machine, the action of holding the handles with both hands and pulling them backward mainly 

relies on the biceps and triceps of the arms and the deltoid muscles of the shoulders to exert force. This helps to enhance the strength 

and endurance of these muscles, making the lines of the upper limbs more firm and shaped.


Lower limbs: The legs need to provide stable support and pushing force during rowing. Through the flexion and extension movements
